Our innovative team is looking for a motivated and dynamic personality to fulfill the Waiter / Waitress and Assistant Waiter / Waitress position. Essential Job Requirements: o To ensure that the Restaurant Outlet is clean and tidy; set tables as per Restaurant standard prior to guests’ arrival. o Accurately pick-up, record and pre-check all food and beverage orders. o Serve guests their food and beverage in prompt, courteous manner as per standard of service. o Up-sell or promote all specials advertised in the Restaurant. o To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives. o To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests. o Constant awareness of all the events taking place in the Hotel and services rendered by the Hotel to be able to provide the guests with correct information. o Good knowledge of the cashing system; responsibility for correctly keeping the guest’s account and settling payments. o During low occupancy of the Restaurant, to assist with stocking the work stations and clean them, polishing silverware, china and glassware. o Fluently English and Albanian verbal and written. Additional languages are definitely a plus (German or Italian desirable).
