Position Title: Senior Recruitment and HR Operations Specialist Department: Human Resources Reports to: Director of HR Department ____________________________________________________________________________________ Position Purpose: The Senior Recruitment and HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing recruitment processes and supporting HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, probation, offboarding, HR activities, and internal/external communications. The role ensures that HR policies and procedures are implemented accurately and in line with company standards. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities: • Prepares and follow up on the annual recruitment plan, based on business needs and the approved structure. • Manages recruitment processes for vacant positions, ensuring compliance with recruitment procedures. • Independently handle recruitment for specialist-level roles. • Responsible for all recruitment stages, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, evaluation forms, reports, and job offers. • Maintains the recruitment database and candidate documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and regular updates. • Oversees the administrative onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, initial integration steps, and coordination with support functions. • Follows up on probation periods from a procedural and documentation perspective, in line with company policies and deadlines. • Participate in job fairs and similar activities to identify and attract potential talent. • Responsible for the employee offboarding process, including documentation, questionnaires, reconciliations, handover, company assets, and other administrative steps. • Collaborates closely with other HR functions. • Handles the creation, closure, and update of system users for current, new, transferred, or departing employees, in line with relevant policies and approvals. • Supports HR activities related to employer branding, employee recognition, and staff engagement initiatives. • Supports the organization and coordination of HR and company activities, including events, retreats, CSR initiatives, staff engagement activities, celebrations, conferences, and similar initiatives. • Oversees the administrative and logistical aspects of HR and company activities, according to the responsibilities assigned within the HR department. • Supports the preparation and publication of HR communications through internal and external company channels, including LinkedIn, internal announcements, and other company-level communications. • Prepares documentation, information, and operational data as requested by the HR Manager. • Support other temporary HR projects based on departmental needs. Qualifications: • University degree, preferably in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields • 3+ years’ experience in recruitment, personnel administration, or HR operations • Experience with HRIS, ATS, and other HR process management systems Skills and Competencies: • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employee lifecycle administration • Very good MS Office skills • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously • Advanced command of English • Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration • Confidentiality and accuracy in handling information • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Ability to consistently apply policies and procedures • Flexibility and a practical approach to resolving operational matters • Excellent interpersonal skills ___________________________________________________________________________________ Working Conditions: BALFIN Group offers an attractive benefits package, including fair compensation based on merit and performance.
