Role Description We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist with a focus on social media platforms to join our team at HappyToClick-Digital Agency in Tirana. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients on social media, developing effective lead generation strategies, leveraging AI tools, conducting research, and nurturing leads through personalized communication. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to convert social media leads into clients. Qualifications Proven experience in social media lead generation Strong knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Experience with AI tools for lead generation and data analysis Excellent communication and sales skills Ability to conduct thorough research and identify potential clients Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience working with CRM tools to track leads and conversions Ability to work collaboratively within a team Experience in digital marketing or social media-related roles Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Language: Italian, English.
