What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional who specializes in short-form video content for social media. You understand the key components of a successful video—hooks, value-driven content, and compelling CTAs—and are skilled in creating videos that help business owners promote and sell their services. Ideally, you also have a background in video production and basic knowledge of lighting techniques. Position Details: • Location: On-site in Tirana • Commitment: Full-time (6–8 hours per day) • Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends off Key Responsibilities: • Edit short-form video content for business owners across various industries, optimized for social media platforms. • Collaborate with our Social Media Manager to produce and edit product unboxing videos for clients. • Ensure all videos align with brand standards and are delivered on time. Requirements: • Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools. • Strong understanding of short-form video structure, including hooks, value delivery, and CTAs. • Highly organized and meticulous in your work. • Committed to consistency and reliability—meeting deadlines is non-negotiable. • Enthusiastic about personal and professional growth. • Looking for a stable, long-term position with room to develop your skills.
