Daily, weekly, monthly sales analysis
Daily, weekly, monthly performance of sales agents and areas
Maintenance and correct functionality of the sales system, SAD
Training and Support to all company members with the sales system, SAD
New suggestions and analysis to improve the SAD system for the sales team
Upgrade, install, and configure application software and computer hardware
Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees
Create and manage system permissions and user accounts
Perform regular security tests and security monitoring
Maintain, monitor and optimize connectivity and install server hardware and software
Requirements and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences
Proven work experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role
Possesses strong problem-solving skills
Communicates clearly and effectively
