For our office in Tirana, we are looking for these 4 job position::

1 – STRUCTURAL DESIGNERThe candidate/s will be responsible for the implementation of FEM models, the drafting of calculation reports, support to the coordination of information content of the models to the Bim Coordinators. Will attend internal and external project meetings. It will be part of the BIM Department Structures/Infrastructure/Architecture and will interact with the BIM Coordinators, senior Designers and Project Coordinators. Site inspection tasks are possible.Technical requirements:

Degree (Master’s degree 5 years) in Civil Engineering and specific training in BIM modelling.
Excellent basic technical preparation
Good knowledge of the finite element modelling software SAP2000 and Midas Civil
Good knowledge of AutoCAD
0-5 years of work experience
Technical preference:

Knowledge of Dynamo / Grasshopper / Rhino
Autodesk Revit knowledge
Autodesk Civil 3D knowledge
BIM Specialist ICMQ certification or equivalent
Specialization courses in BIM specialist
2 – CAD SPECIALISTThe candidate will be responsible for producing graphic designs and technical descriptive reports related to buildings, structures, and infrastructure within the field of civil and infrastructure engineering. They will participate in both internal and external project meetings. They will be integrated into the CAD Department for Structures/Infrastructure/Architecture and will interface with the CAD Coordinator, senior designers, and project coordinators. Site inspection tasks may be required.Technical requirements:

Degree in Engineering or Archtitecture.
Excellent basic technical preparation
Good knowledge of AutoCAD
0-5 years of work experience
Technical preference requirements:

Knowledge of AutoCAD for the preparation of reinforced concrete detailing.
Previous experience in infrastructure projects: alignments, structures, and/or natural tunnels.
Knowledge of Civil3D / Rhino / Photoshop / Document management systems such as PDM or ProjectWISE.
Certifications or specialized courses in graphic software.
3 – BIM MODELERThe candidate/s will be responsible for the implementation of BIM models, the drafting of graphics to support the coordination of information content of the models together with the Bim Coordinator. Will attend internal and external project meetings. It will be part of the BIM Department Structures/Infrastructure/Architecture and will interact with the BIM Coordinators, senior Designers and Project Coordinators. Site inspection tasks are possible.Technical requirements:

Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
Excellent basic technical preparation
Good knowledge of the Autodesk Revit software.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD
0-5 years of work experience in the production of graphic elaborations of reinforced concrete and steel structures within infrastructure projects: bridges (floors, pillars, shoulders, foundations), drains, retaining walls, tunnels etc. .
Technical preference requirements:

Knowledge of Dynamo / Grasshopper / Rhino
Autodesk Civil 3D knowledge
BIM Specialist ICMQ certification or equivalent
Specialization courses in BIM specialist
4 – ROAD OR RAIL DESIGN ENGINEER
The candidate will be responsible for project design and alignment verification tasks and will also coordinate the team of engineers assigned to the project. They will interface with the drafters and BIM coordinators to guide and control the graphic components of the project.Technical requirements required:

Degree (Master’s degree 5 years) in Structural or Transport Engineering.

Excellent basic technical preparation
Knowledge of major alignment modeling programs, such as Civil 3D, Civil Design or Roads.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD
0-5 years of experience in road design or in railway track design.
Technical preference requirements:

Knowledge of Dynamo / Grasshopper / Rhino
Familiarity with document management software such as PDM or ProjectWISE.
BIM Specialist ICMQ certification or equivalent
Specialization courses in BIM specialist

Soft skills:

Knowledge of English and Italian (spoken and written)
Willingness to work abroad in the short term.
