Responsibilities As a Senior Tax Accountant, your main responsibilities will be: Manage the provision, production and review of tax services to a challenging and varied client portfolio of companies including international clients; Researching and resolving technical queries from clients; Building, maintaining and enhancing strong relationships with clients and providing a high standard of client service; Provide mentoring to other team members to ensure standards are maintained throughout the entire engagement process; Maintain a high quality of work and consistently adhere to relevant professional standards. Qualifications At least 3 years prior relevant experience in tax compliance and accounting; Financial statement preparation is a plus; Very good knowledge of Albanian fiscal legislation; Excellent command of English; Proficiency with accounting software financa5 & excel spreadsheets; Excellent communication skills; Ability to work in a dynamic team.
