Shero Commerce is seeking an Email/SMS Marketing Specialist. The primary role of the Email/SMS Marketing Specialist is to manage email and SMS campains for established brands, with direct responsibility for the client’s strategy, execution, and outcomes. This is a highly specialized role within the Client Services Department that requires excellent client-facing communication skills and coordination with the Development team. The role focuses primarily on expertise working with Shopify, BigCommerce, and Adobe Commerce platforms. This is a full-time position at our Tirana office that offers flexible hours and a hybrid work schedule. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns and flows using Klaviyo (or any other email platform) Create and execute SMS marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales Design email templates and write compelling copy that aligns with brand voice and objectives Segment and target email lists to ensure personalized and relevant messaging Monitor and analyze the performance of email and SMS campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates Collaborate with the creative and client teams to produce engaging and high-converting marketing materials Maintain and grow email and SMS subscriber lists in compliance with relevant regulations Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email and SMS marketing Develop strategies to increase email and SMS opt-in rates and reduce churn Ensure alignment of email and SMS campaigns with overall marketing goals and initiatives Utilize marketing automation to streamline campaign execution and improve efficiency Requirements: Proficiency in English Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, with a strong focus on campaign management and flow creation Proficiency in Klaviyo is mandatory. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making Excellent copywriting and editing skills Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization Knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with eCommerce clients is a plus Experience working for an eCommerce or marketing agency is a plus Experience with marketing automation tools is an advantage Ability to adapt strategies based on campaign performance and audience behavior Good to have: Experience with SMS-specific platforms like Klaviyo, Listrak, Attentive, or Postscript Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment To apply : https://sherocommerce.bamboohr.com/careers/31
