The Project Manager (PM) reports directly to the Executive Director of Operations in Technology. The PM role has two main functions: to deliver projects on time and within budget for clients. The Project Manager is responsible for developing, owning, and maintaining plans for each client project, working across multiple departments with direct oversight, and ensuring that the execution of projects is timely and on budget. Strong project management skills, team oversight capabilities, and a deep understanding of budgets and the scope of projects are essential to be successful.

Key tasks and responsibilities

Own delivery of client projects on budget and on time.
Relentlessly drive for resources needed to meet the timeline and raise flags as per the designated escalation plan.
Consistently pursue budget clarity – for both work already completed and work that has yet to be done.
Work with the team to rigorously identify client change requests (e.g., an increase in scope, changes in assumptions, etc.).
When evaluating change requests from clients:
Hold members of the team accountable for estimates, updates, and overall time and budget.
Work with the production team to manage accurate resource planning.
Develop and maintain project plans for each client project.
Must have

2-3 years of project management experience on software development projects and companies.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
Good to have

PnP certified
Scrum Master certifications
Project management tools (Jira and Atlassian)
eCommerce experience.
