We are seeking to welcome a candidate in the Business Loan Administration Officer position (Band 3T) to join our Loan Administration Department reporting directly to the Team Leader.

Overall Job Definition

The Business Loan Administration Specialist is responsible for the preparation of all business loan documentation from the moment of loan approval to the disbursement/restructuring of loans, the monitoring of loans and the maintenance of documentation until their maturity.

Main Responsibilities:
Receives the loan officer the documentation for the preparation of draft contracts in cooperation with the Legal Department;
Cooperates and informs the Business Units regarding the absences in the submitted documentation;
Prepares draft contracts according to the terms and conditions of approval and finalizes them in cooperation with the Legal Department;
Before the disbursement completes the file with all the necessary documentation according to the approval;
Organizes the loan file according to approved standards;
Prepares the client’s Borrower Position for loan disbursement or for informational purposes;
Performs loan disbursement and records all loan data in the Bank’s system in accordance with manuals, procedures in force or instructions given.
Responsible for timely renewal of insurance policies;
Makes repayments/payments of loans in the system according to the requirements of the loan officer;
Notifies the loan officer on a daily basis about loans whose interest rate has been revised.
Responsible for the precise implementation of the Bank’s procedures and policies;
Maintains loan documentation in files and fireproof cabinets;
Follows up and registers guarantee deals and letters of credit.
Any other task delegated by the supervisor within his/her area of responsibility.

Competencies / Skills:
Diploma in Economics or other similar fields;
Similar work experience 5+ years in the banking sector.
It is preferable to have knowledge in trade finance.
Very good communication skills;
Ability to work in a group and ready to learn.
Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure;
Willing to perform other department duties, when necessary
Fairly good knowledge of the English language
