Essential Job Requirements Responsible for beverage preparation up to the guest request Responsible for guests service at the Bar, Lounge and Terrace Area Preparing the daily Mise-en-place Maintenance of all Beverage and Food equipment’s used at the Bar area Maintaining proper Hygiene, Cleanliness and Order in the Bar, Lounge and Terrace Area Proper welcoming of all guests in the Bar, Lounge and Terrace Area Serving food and beverage to the clients if is needed Answering the phone and taking room service orders Handling complaints with care, respecting the guest opinion and finding the best solution Good knowledge of the cashing system; responsibility for correctly keeping the guest’s account and settling payments.
