Be that ONE! ​Retail Service Support Specialist PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Service Desk for Fix Retail Customers, Responsible for Service Provisioning regarding new activations, line transfer, upsells, and down sells and first-line, troubleshooter for FIX Retail Customers (ADSL, VDSL, IPTV, GPON). Main Tasks: First Line of support for Field Technicians over the telephone; First Line troubleshooter for FIX retail customers (ADSL, VDSL, IPTV and GPON); Trouble Ticket followers and closures, for issues opened by Call Center and Sales Representatives; Service Provisioning for Tickets regarding new activations, line transfer, upsells, and down sells; Sales Order creation and provisioning for Bit Stream customers (Tring, MCN, Abissnet, VIVO etc.); Follow-up, troubleshooting, and fixing all complaints regarding Bit Stream customers; Initiation of Trouble Tickets for special customers (with the request of Commercial); Education: University degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent; Experience: More than 1 year in the same profile/industry; Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Good knowledge of MS Office package; SAP CRM, Jira, OTRS, ZTE Netnumen, UMP, MPLS, etc, strong client-facing communication skills and professional representation of the company; Communicative, team player, problem-solving, willing to work under pressure, advanced troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills; Interested candidates should apply through the link: Job Details_Retail Service Support Specialist Deadline for the application is December 4th, 2024.
