HVAC Project Manager​ Location: In Office – Bllok, Tirana, Albania Working Hours: 15:00 – 23:00 Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Senior Project Manager and Lead Project Manager About the Role​We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HVAC Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting our Sales Representatives during the presale process, managing the HVAC CRM pipeline, and helping ensure a smooth transition from prospect to customer. The HVAC Project Manager will work closely with clients, sales representatives, and internal operations teams to provide excellent service, maintain accurate project information, and support long-term customer satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities​ Serve as the main point of contact for HVAC projects and help ensure an excellent client experience throughout the customer lifecycle. Maintain and manage the HVAC CRM pipeline, including updating project statuses, completing required fields, and ensuring automations are working properly. Support Sales Representatives with presale activities, including proposal preparation, account research, and document coordination. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align resources, timelines, and client expectations. Monitor project deliverables, deadlines, and milestones to ensure timely and efficient completion. Prepare regular reports on HVAC account status, project progress, pipeline activity, and key metrics. Proactively identify and resolve issues while maintaining strong client relationships. Ensure all client communication, activity, and project updates are properly documented in the CRM system. Participate in virtual meetings, calls, and client follow-ups during working hours, which align with 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Qualifications​ Proven ability to manage multiple projects, accounts, or workflows at the same time. Experience supporting sales, presale, project management, account management, or client coordination processes is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to keep information accurate and up to date. Collaborative, professional, and client-focused attitude. Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple internal teams.
