Key Responsibilities:
Assist with bookings, reservations, and inquiries
Handle customer requests via phone, email, and social media

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business, or Hospitality
1-3 years of customer service experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Computer proficiency and organizational skills
