Job Position: Pre-sale solution Junior Specialist

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in understanding customer needs and requirements.
Develop customized solutions and proposals that address customer pain points and objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales pitches and proposals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems and presales tools is a plus.

Qualifications:

1-2 years experience in costumer care/service
Great knowledge in German language and English
