For its needs, the company seeks to hire experienced employees in the following position: Regional Sales Manager Position Objective: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business targets within the assigned territory by leading and developing the sales team, implementing the company's commercial strategy, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth. 1. Lead, manage, and develop the Sales Consultants within the assigned territory to achieve sales and business objectives. 2. Prepare, monitor, and manage the regional sales budget, ensuring targets are achieved. 3. Set individual sales targets and monitor the performance of each Sales Consultant against agreed KPIs. 4. Ensure consistent implementation of the company's commercial policies, sales procedures, and operational standards. 5. Support and coach the sales team throughout the sales process to maximize business opportunities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 6. Monitor customer accounts, outstanding balances, and collections, ensuring compliance with the company's credit policy. 7.Review and analyze sales performance, market trends, customer activity, and competitor strategies, and provide regular reports and recommendations to the Sales Manager. 8. Identify business opportunities and develop action plans to increase sales, market share, and profitability within the assigned territory. 9. Monitor the progress of customer projects and provide guidance to the team to resolve commercial or operational issues. 10. Identify training and development needs, organize coaching activities, and support the continuous professional development of the sales team. 11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback in line with company policies and procedures. 12. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment within the team. 13. Organize and lead regular team meetings to review performance, discuss ongoing projects, and define priorities and action plans. 14. Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales results, budgets, market developments, new customers, projects, and other key business indicators. Reports to: Sales Manager 2. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in a sales team leadership or management role. Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a strong advantage. Experience working with CRM systems is considered an asset. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Customer-focused with a results-driven approach. Excellent organizational and planning abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Excellent command of English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Training in sales, leadership, or management is an advantage. Working days: Monday to Friday 3.
