Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Recruiter at Bulls Vision Group in Tirana. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Recruitment, Sourcing, and Interviewing skills
Knowledge of HR practices and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
