Job Announcement: Academic Editorial Assistant (Medical & Computer Science)​Fixed Part‑Time | Freelance — Flexible Schedule We are expanding our editorial team and seeking talented candidates to support the preparation of high-level research manuscripts destined for top-tier journals in Medicine (eg, NEJM , JAMA ) and Computer Science (eg, IEEE , ACM ). If you're passionate about academic writing, research communication, and precision editing, this role is for you. Who We Are Looking For​Preferred​ Candidates holding a Master's degree . Also Welcome to Apply​Recent graduates (Bachelor or Post‑Graduate) in: Medicine / Health Sciences Computer Science / IT / Engineering We value clarity, accuracy, and a strong command of academic writing. Key Responsibilities​Manuscript Preparation Structuring and formatting research papers according to international journal standards (AMA, APA, IEEE, etc.). Technical Editing Fixing grammatical issues and ensuring clarity and consistency in academic and technical terminology. Submission Support Preparing cover letters, author declarations, and navigating submission portals. Requirements​ Language: Excellent command of Academic English. Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Word proficiency (LaTeX is a plus for CS applicants). Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, commitment to deadlines, and ability to meet strict editorial standards. Additional Role Conditions (Important)​ Applicants without prior experience If you meet the essential requirements— strong English writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word —but do not have previous editing experience, the role will be conducted in person , not online. Experienced applicants (3+ years) Candidates with more than three years of academic editing experience may be offered the position online , following a successful in‑person interview .
