mk hotel tirana is looking for OPERATION MANAGER (m/f)

KEY TASKS:

Responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day Operations;
Implements the specified standards and quality guidelines and monitors
compliance with them;
Close contact with the cluster general manager and the relevant
departments in the corporate office;
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting;
Analyze and respond to guest feedback;
Monitors compliance with HACCP, occupational safety, fire protection and
other legal regulations.

Skills Required:
· A natural talent with sound technical and operational skills
· A knack for leading and motivating employees;
· Result and sales-oriented actions – success suits you;
· Excellent communication and organizational skills;
· Good knowledge of computer and hotel software programs;
· Very good knowledge of Albanian and English, German is an advantage;
· Good knowledge of computer and hotel software programs;
· Assertiveness and negotiation skills · Well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma
· Ideally, you already have experience as an Operations Manager.
