Location: Remote, with a focus on handling calls for plumbers based in Spain.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hybrid Telesales Agent fluent in Spanish to join our team. As a Telesales Agent, you will play a crucial role in connecting with plumbers based in Spain, providing them with exceptional service, and generating quality leads.

Responsibilities:

1. **Handle Inbound Calls:** Answer calls from plumbers in Spain, understand their needs, and offer solutions effectively.

2. **Make Outbound Calls:** Proactively reach out to potential plumbers to promote our services.

3. **Build Relationships:** Develop strong relationships with plumbers by providing excellent customer service and understanding their business requirements.

4. **Provide Information:** Educate plumbers about our products, services, and promotions to drive sales.

5. **Document and Follow-Up:** Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow up on leads, and ensure timely follow-ups be fully responsibel fr the entire lead cycle

Requirements.

1. **Fluency in Spanish & English:** Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish & English at a high level.

2. **Sales Experience:** Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.

3. **Excellent Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.

4. **Customer-Focused:** Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

5. **Tech-Savvy:** Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other communication tools.
