Job Description A Desktop and Mobile Support Administrator provides infrastructural support to the clients/customers and internal staff, as well by responding to all incoming service requests for PCs/laptops. The technician will support, install, and fix desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other computer assets. The technician perform service desk functions and daily functional tasks, including upgrading and configurations of computer systems and license tracking. The technician must have fair written and verbal communication skills, as they should communicate complex concepts in a simple manner to people from non-technical backgrounds. Services supported by this role may include: Windows PC, laptop and tablet Hardware and Software Support Desktop & Application Virtualization Collaboration and File Sharing (On-Premise solution and/or Microsoft 365) Print and Scan technical support. Remote support. Experience in: Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware (PCs, Laptops, Tablets/iPads) Installation and troubleshooting of MS Wind. 10/11, Linux distros, Android and OSX Essential knowledges from DNS, AD, DHCP, networking (LANs, WANs, and VPNs). Essential knowledges for Operating System deployments. Essential knowledges from virtualizations technologies. Essential knowledges Microsoft 365. The candidate must also: Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be able to organize and prioritize tasks and projects. Be able to work within a team, facilitating team interaction.
