We are looking for a dedicated F&B manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

Developing menus and continuously making improvements
Forecasting, planning, and ordering supplies, as well as beverages to stock the bar and fridges.
Following food and safety regulations.
Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage service staff.
Keeping track on a balance between cost and income.

Requirements

Experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
Excellent customer service skills.
Great delegation skills.
Fluent in English.
Friendly and welcoming personality.
