Management and reporting of the client’s overnight stay with the hotels involved.
Organize operations in order to anticipate possible problems and resolve related problems with different Crew customers.
Directing requests from outside the organization to the right department or colleague.
Manage company archives, both for orders and for accounting documents in collaboration with the administrative department.
Enter and process data of various kinds, from commercial requests to the final reports of assigned projects.
Check the conformity of incoming and outgoing information, to ensure its accuracy and correct internal communication.
Very good knowledge of the Italian language.
