The role: The UX/UI Designer is a highly specialized role supporting our Development team in Tirana, Albania. An expert level understanding of visual design, information architecture, understanding of eCommerce user flows and various web applications such as Figma, and Adobe XD is critical for this role. A strong communicator, the UX/UI Designer will work collaboratively with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure that designs meet project goals. Must have: Minimum 3+ years of UX/UI and web design. Proficient with Figma Illustrator Proficient written and verbal English Strong communication skills Excellent time management skills Ability to liaise with other departments in varying locations Cultural competency and global mindset Good to have: Experience with setting up Hotjar and/or Lucky Orange heatmaps to analyse patterns Experience with reading GA4 data to determine patterns and user behavior Overall data-driven design experience and practices.
