Cyber Security Expert Purpose of position: Implement and maintain IT security technologies and collaborate with the ISO Team as a SPOC in managing, monitoring, and improving the IT security operations and logs to prevent and detect possible potential threats. Main Tasks: Technical Implementation and Operations: Implement and maintain security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection /prevention systems, and antivirus solutions; Perform day-to-day security checks and collaborate with the ISO Team as a SPOC in managing the security operations; Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing; Incident Detection and Response: Collaborate with the ISO Team as an IT SOC in monitoring the security systems and logs to prevent and detect possible potential threats; Work with the ISO team to respond to security incidents, providing technical expertise and remediation; Conduct forensic analysis and post-incident reviews to improve security posture. User Access and Identity Management: Collaborate with ISO team in managing the identity and access management (IAM) solutions; Support ISO team to ensure proper user access controls and enforce least privilege principles; Security Monitoring and Reporting: Collaborate with ISO team in managing security information and event management (SIEM) systems; Continuously enhance the security systems based on ISO needs; Support ISO team in configuring and generating security reports and dashboards for stakeholders. Collaboration and Coordination with the ISO team: Regular Communication: Establish regular meetings between the ISO team, IT Cybersecurity specialist to discuss security posture, incidents, and ongoing projects; Develop clear communication channels for sharing threat intelligence and security alerts; Joint Projects and Initiatives: Collaborate on security projects, such as security tool implementation, awareness programs, and compliance initiatives; Ensure alignment on security priorities and resource allocation; Incident Response: Develop a coordinated incident response plan that defines the roles and responsibilities of each team; Support the ISO team in conducting incident response drills and tabletop exercises to ensure preparedness; Share incident response outcomes and lessons learned to improve processes and collaboration; Education: University Degree in Electronics/Computer Sciences/Informatics; Experience and Qualifications: At least 3 years of working experience in an IT or GSM environment, preferably networking/systems implementation or maintenance profile; Active participation in System/Computer Networks implementations, and configurations. Skills: Good communication and presentation skills; English Language is well-spoken and written; Confidentiality, loyalty, and flexibility, credentials such as ISO27001 Lead/Internal Auditor, CompTIA Security+, CC, CISSP, CISM, BCCP, BCCS are considered an advantage.
