As a result of the expansion of our Team we are in search for: PODUCT / BRAND MANGER (FMCG) The role objective of Product/Brand Manager is delivering a differentiated product to the market in accordance with market and business requirements. The role also includes adapting the brand strategy to the organization’s target markets. This role combines strategic planning and day-to-day product management activities. Duties and Responsibilities: As part of our dynamic team, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following: Defines the product/brand vision, strategy, and roadmap. Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market and customer requirements. Represents customer and buyer needs within the company. Works closely with relevant Sales and Marketing teams and supports other departments and divisions to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met. Maintains and continuously updates technical product knowledge or specific expertise in the given product field or line. Identifies market and customer needs and proposes solutions. Runs pilot programs with near-final products and samples and regularly reviews results. Serves as a market expert, including understanding why customers purchase products, with a strong focus on competition and customer decision-making. Acts as the product/brand leader within the company. Develops the business case for new products, brands, improvements to existing products and business ventures. Develops product positioning. Recommends or contributes to product pricing decisions. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to build effective working relationships. Supports Team Leaders and Managers in day-to-day operational and ad-hoc tasks.
