Be that ONE!​ Telemarketing Outbound Specialist PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To make customers aware of a product or service, generating leads or opportunities, canvassing established customers, providing information, and selling products or services to new or existing customers. Main Tasks: Achieve sales targets pre-determined by management; To cross check the list provided on daily basis with e-Pos system & converting leads into sales; A strong belief that they have something that is of benefit to whoever they are calling; Informing politely and correctly the customers through outbound calls about the purpose of the campaigns; Following up customers’ requests with relevant departments; Consistency with calling hours. This is to ensure that momentum is built with calls and planned call-backs; Making courtesy calls to ask if customers were satisfied with the service they received; Forward customer requests/ complains/ problems through Siebel SR to appropriate unit; Interact with the post via mail in order to assure that doc. is delivered to the customer or need others follow up; Track reports for different daily activities; Completed other assigned duties; Ability and confidence to converse with coordinator/key decision makers without worry. Education: University degree. Experience and Qualifications: Previous experience in Call Center, Sales, area is preferable Skills: Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills Confidentiality, Basic Computer Programs knowledge.
