TALENT AQUISITION AND EMPLOYEER BRANDING Location: Tirana, Albania​ We are looking for an Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding to join our team at LPP Albania: Responsibilities: Manage and update the corporate recruitment and employment website to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to potential candidates. Collaborate with internal and external partners to create content, campaigns, and projects related to Employer Branding, recruitment, and employee motivation. Coordinate and support Employer Branding events, both internally and externally, to represent the company as an attractive employer in the region. Develop and implement short-term and long-term Employer Branding strategies to position LPP as a desirable employer within the region. Assist in building a positive company culture by managing internal activities that align with the employer branding strategy. Evaluate and improve the recruitment process, ensuring continuous enhancements and innovation in recruitment practices. Proactively organize and manage recruitment and Employer Branding events such as job fairs, career events, and open house days to attract top talent.
