Regional Sales Representative Responsibilities / Përgjegjësitë​ Regional sales representative is responsible for selling cement to customers in a specific geographic area. Oversees developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, providing customer service, and meeting sales targets. Analyses the sales area in the region by performing market analysis that includes customer’s needs and competition activity analysis. Tracks region and customer’s performance by assessing the current performance of customers and cooperates with Head of Domestic Sales to develop possible solutions within the framework of the corporation strategy. Identify and contact potential customers in the assigned region. Provide feedback and reports to the Head of Domestic Sales on sales activities, market trends, customer needs, and competitors. Collaborate with other sales representatives and cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives. Qualifications / Kualifikimet​ Bachelor / master’s degree in Economics / Administration or Technical profile. Negotiation skills Sales Techniques Sales Management Development and maintenance of interpersonal relations Time Management Persuasion and influence Creation of effective relations with the customers Knowledge of the customers and the market Concrete and cement technology Decision Making/ Problems Solution Planning /Organisation/ Methodically Excellent written and verbal communication 5 years of experience in sales position will be an advantage.
