Job Summary: As a Recepsionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. You will handle guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and assist with inquiries to create a memorable experience for each guest.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes.
Manage guest reservations and maintain accurate records.
Implement effective sales strategies to maximize bookings.
Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions.
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
Handle guest payments and transactions.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in hotel or resort front desk preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Attention to detail and organization.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
