PĂ«rgjegjĂ«sitĂ« pĂ«r menaxhimin e inventarit pĂ«rfshijnĂ« mbajtjen e tĂ« dhĂ«nave tĂ« sakta, pjesĂ«marrjen nĂ« inventarizimin e dyqaneve, organizimin e lĂ«vizjeve tĂ« mallrave dhe parandalimin e mungesave tĂ« stokut. LOGISTIC SPECIALIST Location: TiranĂ«, Albania​ We are looking for Logistic Specialist to join our team at LPP Albania: Responsibilities: The Logistics Specialist manages customs procedures and collaborates with external partners, including forwarding agents, external warehouses, and transportation companies. They create and maintain accurate documentation for merchandise transfers and customs compliance. Inventory management responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, participating in store inventories, organizing goods movements, and preventing stock shortages. The role involves monitoring warehouse and stock usage, ensuring smooth storeroom operations, and coordinating transfers. Delivery coordination includes developing schedules, organizing transfers, and implementing effective drop shipment strategies. They support loss prevention processes by implementing measures to minimize losses and improve operational efficiency. Workplace safety is assessed regularly, with safety guidelines implemented and unsafe conditions or incidents investigated to ensure compliance. The Logistics Specialist prepares detailed reports on costs, stock movements, and other logistics activities to support operational planning and decision-making.
