Position Requirements:

• Responsible for the kindergarten internal organization and day-to-day management operations,
• Ensuring compliance with the legal requirements, to correctly apply the education legislation, rules and regulation, policies, and code of ethics,
• Foster a positive and healthy learning environment with focus on student development skills, interests, and needs,
• Participate in curriculum planning, delivery, assessment, and review, while ensuring a high-quality teaching process,
• Plan, organize, oversee, and participate in kindergarten’ activities,
• Ensures appropriate and timely reporting of student achievement to students, parents, teachers, and administration,
• Master’s degree in related field is required, Qualifications recognized by MASR are preferred,
• 5+ years’ work experience in similar positions,
• Excellent communication and organizational skills,
• Proficiency in English Language- Level C1 is required, Turkish language is an advantage
