Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and input data into systems
Manage operations in a city in the UK
Provide customer service via email
Requirements:

English proficiency at Level B2 or higher
Full availability, including first and second shifts
09:00-17:00 / 16:00-22:00
Prior experience in call center sales preferred
