* Inbound Customer Support Agent (9:00-17:00)

The job includes responding to queries for a hospitality software company and assisting with user accounts.
The work should be done in our offices in Durres. This is not a remote work position.

Requirements:
* Availability to work from our offices in Durres. This is not a work-from-home position.
* Availability to work full-time (8 hours per day).
* Previous experience in customer support, backoffice, call center or receptionist is an advantage.
* A very good knowledge of written English
* A positive attitude and communication.
