Pespa Alumin shpk, based in Durres, is currently seeking to recruit a proficient Data Analyst/Research Specialist. Duties and Responsibility: • Collecting data through various means ensuring its accuracy and completeness, and organizing it for analysis. This might involve using specialized software or tools. • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs. • Guide and give recommendation’s about paid campaigns in different channels like Social Media, Google AD’s etc. • Develop digital campaign and web measurement strategies. • Communicating and presenting to colleagues, marketing manager and CEO. • Lead Generation/Nurturing if possible. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Master degree in Marketing, Communication. IT or related fields. - Experience:2-5 years of experience in Data Analysis/Research. Skills: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and implement with an advantage in the B2B industry. - Significant knowledge on Digital Marketing and Commerce/Import-export metrics. - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written skills required. - High-energy and displays positive energy in a dynamic team. - Able to work under pressure and multi-tasked. - Detail oriented and well organized will be extremely important. Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any other language is a plus.
