Position: Cybersecurity Engineering Manager

We are looking for a manager for one of our Developers Teams, who will lead the management and development of projects in the field of Cybersecurity Solutions.

Key responsibilities

Managing and coordinating the development team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Overseeing Python programming of the components that form Cybersecurity Solutions.
Develop distributed applications to enhance the functionality and security of our solutions.
Developing and optimizing modules interfaced with the Elasticsearch Stack (non-relational DB).
Designing and implementing solutions and systems for the Threat Intelligence component.
Defining the architecture of software and services, from solution design to production.
Researching and integrating innovative methodologies in software development, with a constant focus on Cybersecurity.
Interacting with other teams of developers, data analysts and security experts to facilitate effective communication and design decisions.
Collaborating with other divisions to align technical solutions with the company’s strategic goals.
Job Requirements

Solid experience in Python programming.
Proven experience in managing technical teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team spirit.
Ability to analyze technical requirements, reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Knowledge of key software development and deployment patterns (Unit Testing, AGILE methodology).
Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Excellent command of the English language.
Preferred qualifications

Proven experience and skills in project management.
Strong organizational skills and goal-oriented mindset.
Experience with non-relational databases, preferably Elasticsearch.
Knowledge in basic configuration of Linux servers.
Passion for new technological trends (AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, etc.).
