About the Role:

MBT is looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator / Copywriter to drive the marketing efforts of our dental tourism brand. This role is essential in crafting engaging, persuasive, and high-converting content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, video content, and paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok, ad servers, etc.).

What You’ll Do:

Write compelling content in Italian and English for social media, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, web and paid ad creatives.
Create high-performing ad copy for Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and ad servers to maximize conversions.
Develop engaging video scripts for ads, patient testimonials, and social media content.
Optimize content for SEO, readability, and lead generation.
Collaborate on design concepts and video content to enhance visual storytelling.
A/B test different messages and creatives to improve performance.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, healthcare, and medical tourism.
Perform ongoing market research and contribute to developing data-driven marketing strategies.
What We’re Looking For:

Excellent writing skills in Italian and English.
Experience in copywriting, content marketing, or digital advertising.
Strong understanding of persuasive writing, consumer psychology, and conversion-driven content.
Knowledge of SEO, social media engagement strategies, and video marketing.
Experience in healthcare, medical tourism, or premium services is a plus.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
