Vertical Video Creative (m/f) – German-Speaking

Your Responsibilities:
– Develop creative concepts for vertical video formats on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
– Design engaging visuals, animations, and effects
– Independently bring ideas to life – from concept to final content
– Analyze and optimize existing content to boost performance

Your Profile:
– Fluent German skills (minimum C1 level, written and spoken)
– Completed university degree – preferably in media, communications, marketing or a similar field, but we’re open to diverse backgrounds
– At least 3 years of professional experience in content creation or social media
– A fast, solution-oriented work style with high creativity and a strong sense for viral social media trends.
– Confident in using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar
– Experience in mobile video production
• Nice-to-Haves:
– Skilled at creating high-quality videos using a smartphone, experience with data-driven content optimization and portfolio showcasing past social media projects
