Alumil Albania, headquartered on the Tirana-Durres Highway, 7th km, has been operating in Albania since 2004 and is one of the largest companies for the production and retail and wholesale of aluminium products in the Albanian market.
Alumil Albania is part of ALUMIL S.A. headquartered in Thessaloniki-Greece which is the largest privately owned aluminium extruding group in South East Europe in terms of production capacity, for complete aluminium profile systems. For its needs, the company seeks to hire experienced employee in the following position:

Treasury Specialist​1.Main Duties:

Prepare monthly Cash Flow and update yearly Cash Flow Forecast
Prepare weekly Payables Aging Report and Payment Plan based on invoices` maturity.
Process Bank payments and transfers to ensure accurate and timely cash liquidity in bank accounts.
Process Cash transactions for payments and advances for employee expenses or cash purchasing.
Book Bank and cash transactions to ERP system, to proper expense account and Cost center.
Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
Check and reconcile daily Cash Transaction from POS (balance limit, policies, documentation, and records)
Take charge of internal treasury controls and provide support for internal and external auditors.
Assist in maintaining relationships with banks and third parties.
Participate in monthly financial closing, daily reconciliation of major accounts and assist to ensure accuracy of closing data.
Revaluate Customer balances at the end of the month and correct balances for exchange rate difference.
Maintain Customer’s Trial Balance and reconcile on a semi-yearly basis
Prepare and Reconcile monthly Sales Book of ERP with Tax Authorities Declaration
Reconcile monthly Revenues of Atlantis with Sales Book.
Prepare daily report for cash and bank balances for Management and Head Quarter
Control and monitor fiscal subsidiaries and support in solving of any problem.
Support CFO cash and risk management.
2.Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
– University Degree in Finance/Banking/Accounting
– Experience in a similar position it will be conidered as advantage.
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
– Ability to work well in teams
– Good knowledge of English Language
