Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Description: As a Social Media Marketing Specialist at EuroElektra Sh.p.k., you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience. You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms and website to promote our brand, share industry insights, increase sales and drive customer engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking company in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram and website.
Create and curate engaging content including posts, articles, videos, and graphics to share on social media channels and the company website.
Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it reflects our brand identity, is up-to-date with the latest information, and is optimized for search engines (SEO).
Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, stories, and updates for social media and website publication.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Track and analyze social media and website metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing and web management to continuously improve our online presence.
Prepare brochures, flyers, banners and other promotional materials.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in managing social media platforms and website content for a company or brand.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and SEO best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva & Adobe Creative Suite. Website management platforms is a plus.
