We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to support our marketing initiatives, data analysis, and customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Analysis – Use Google Sheets/Excel (VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) to track marketing performance, ROI, and lead quality.
CRM & Lead Generation – Manage leads in Zoho CRM, monitor sources like Yelp, HomeAdvisor, Facebook, and Instagram, and optimize conversion rates.
Customer Service & Quality Assurance – Review customer service calls and messages, provide feedback, and improve lead follow-up.

Requirements:

✔ Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (advanced formulas, VLOOKUP).
✔ Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
✔ Background in lead generation & digital marketing.
✔ Analytical skills to assess marketing ROI & lead quality.
✔ Customer service experience, including call review & feedback.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Remote, independent work environment.
