Position Summary:

As a Partner Success Manager at our property management software company, you will be the primary point of
contact for our partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our platform. You will be responsible for
onboarding new partners, providing training and support, and helping them to maximize the value of our software.
Your role will involve building strong relationships, understanding partner needs, and working closely with internal
teams to address any issues and deliver solutions. By driving partner engagement and satisfaction, you will
contribute to the overall growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Training: Guide new users through the onboarding process, providing comprehensive
training on the features and benefits of Zeevou to ensure a smooth transition and effective use of the
platform.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with users, acting as their
primary point of contact and trusted advisor to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support to users, addressing their questions, concerns,
and technical issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any problems and ensure a
seamless user experience.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor user performance metrics and software usage
to identify opportunities for improvement. Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to help
partners optimize their use of the platform.
Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from users on their experience with Zeevou and suggest
enhancements to the product development team. Continuously work on improving the partner success
program to better meet the needs of partners and drive mutual growth.

Experience: & Skills:

Industry Knowledge: At least 3-5 years of experience in the technology industry, with a deep understanding of the
unique challenges and needs of serviced accommodation managers and owners.
Customer Success or Account Management: Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or
partner management role, preferably within the SaaS (Software as a Service) sector. Demonstrated ability to
manage and nurture B2B relationships effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with technology, including software platforms and tools used in
property management. Ability to quickly learn and teach others about complex software features and
functionalities.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the
ability to convey technical information to non-technical users. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust
with partners.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying
and resolving issues. Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and make data-driven
recommendations.
Training and Presentation Skills: Experience conducting training sessions, webinars, and presentations to educate
users on Zeevou usage and best practices. Ability to engage and motivate users during training.
Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong commitment to partner success and satisfaction. Ability to empathize
