Job Summary
The Customer Service Specialist (German Language) will provide dedicated support to German-speaking customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist must be fluent in German and able to communicate effectively and empathetically. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality customer service experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries in German through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat..
Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
Order Processing: Assist with order placements, cancellations, refunds, and other related requests.
Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to assist in the continuous improvement of products, services, and processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Technical Support, Sales, and Logistics, to resolve customer concerns effectively.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up communications as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and closure on all issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Language Skills: Fluent in German (native or near-native level) and proficient in English.
Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, with a customer-friendly approach.
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions.
Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Experience in Industry: Prior experience in the industry (tourism and booking) may be advantageous.
Working Conditions

Location: Typically office-based in the center of Tirana
Hours: May require flexible working hours, from monday to friday
Payment: 800 euros net/monthly + 500 euros bonus
