Summary: KFC Albania is looking to bring on board a talented and ambitious Marketing Specialist. We want someone who has a real passion for growth and delivering winning results. The role of the Marketing Specialist is to drive growth, build brand awareness and create connections with the KFC brand. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team, acting as a trusted partner to the largest names in the restaurant sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform project management activities including coordinating, preparing for and participating in marketing meetings, adhering to campaign timelines and communicating campaign progress to the Marketing Manager.
Partner with Marketing Manager and contracted outsourced companies to implement marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with agency partners and Marketing Manager to create segments to target guests by campaign and optimize content for the brand.
Coordinates and implements the Strategy/Marketing Calendar, with specific responsibility for delivering approved sales and profit targets, under direct supervision from the Marketing Manager.
Manage content calendar for all social media channels and website blogs.
Support planning and execution of Annual Marketing Report.
Assist with internal communications with corporate representatives.
Planning and coordinating seasonal promotions, events, or information sessions.
We’d Love To Hear From People With:

2+ of marketing, PR and/or content creation experience.
Proven track record of creative project management.
Social media marketing experience preferred.
Inventive thinker & strong writer.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues.
Fast learner and self-motivated, with a strong drive for accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organization and time-management skills.
Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
