Maritim Resort Marina Bay is excited to announce that we are hiring a Finance Specialist, responsible for accounting and fiscal management duties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform standard accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, contracts invoicing, auditing, purchasing, payroll;
- Perform account reconciliations and prepare related deposits, invoices, payments, work sheets, cash balances, proofs, and schedules;
- Analyze data and prepare periodic and annual expenditure, revenue, and budget projections and reports; a
- Evaluate standard fiscal transactions, procedures, and practices and determine appropriate action; recommend and assist in implementing new or revised systems and procedures; maintain records; create reports;
- Analyze and review the local laws, regulations, fiscal policies, and procedures in order to ensure compliance; conduct analysis on best practices and trends and formulate recommendations;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your profile:
- Degree in finance, accounting or related areas;
- Very good knowledge in statutory accounting and taxation;
- Advanced skills in Excel;
- Attention to details, analytical thinking, ability to keep deadlines;
- Flexibility, good communication skills, and high sense of responsibility.
