Job Purpose:

1.Assists the Development Manager/s (D.M) to ensure that projects are designed with the company’s objectives and general design principles in consideration
2.Assists The D.M. to ensure timely delivery of designs
3.Together with the D.M ensures design & planning is carried out efficiently, correct development information is circulated/ distributed on time to all other departments/ agencies to achieve sales/launch/delivery targets.
4.Facilitates the design of successful communities that are a profitable asset/ product for the company.
