The newly created Marketing Coordinator role will unify efforts across teams, focusing on strategic content, traffic growth, and AI-driven innovation to enhance brand visibility.

Our clients include FinTech firms, e-commerce platforms, and payment providers, with a presence across Europe, North America, and Asia. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Digital Project Manager who will take ownership of various marketing and digital initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management & Engagement
PM Role: Knowledge of automating engagement tactics to foster interaction on Instagram and Facebook. The PM will utilize automation software to enhance engagement and ensure active participation on social media platforms.
Graphics and banners: Manage Software’s or freelancers, including graphic designers and content creators, ensuring that content adheres to company policies and brand guidelines.
Accountability: Oversee that all content goes live as planned, with full ownership of the social media content calendar, scheduling, and engagement proof.
Traffic Generation & Analytics Monitoring
PM Role: Monitor analytics tools such as SimilarWeb or Google Analytics to ensure the business is meeting its traffic-related KPIs, particularly in specific geographic regions.
Outsourced Work: The PM is not required to run traffic campaigns but will work closely with the Business Manager to track performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure ongoing traffic visibility.
AI-Driven Customer Interaction (Live Chats & Voice Lines)
PM Role: Learn how to implement AI-driven live chat and voice line functionalities (training will be provided). After the initial setup, the PM will be responsible for scaling these solutions across other entities and ensuring smooth operations.
Accountability: Ensure that once live, the systems operate efficiently and meet the customer service needs of each entity.
Content Creation & Article Outreach
PM Role: Manage the creation of articles using Chat-GPT, collaborating with business-specific managers for approval and edits.
Outsourced Work: The PM will plan outreach strategies to get articles published in country-specific media outlets but may collaborate with external partners for outreach execution.
YouTube Video Production
PM Role: Manage the process of developing scripts and coordinating with business managers to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
Outsourced Work: Oversee freelancers and graphic designers to produce high-quality videos, using AI tools like HeyGen to maintain consistency and budget-friendly production costs. The PM will also handle hiring freelancers to create the content.
LinkedIn Business Profile Management
PM Role: Manage and update LinkedIn profiles for the 10 entities, ensuring regular updates and relevant content. Reuse banners created for other platforms (such as Instagram) to maintain a cohesive digital presence.
Cross-Functional Coordination
PM Role: Serve as the main point of contact between internal departments (e.g., business managers) and external freelancers (graphic designers, video editors, etc.).
Outsourced Work: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that all outsourced work meets quality standards and is delivered on time.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing and project management.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various departments.
Experience working with freelancers and managing content creation across social media, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Familiarity with AI tools for content generation (e.g., Chat-GPT, HeyGen).
Ability to learn and implement new tools, such as live chat solutions and phone line greetings, with AI assistance.
Basic proficiency in analytics tools and traffic monitoring.
